The Meatery March Madness Contest Rules:
View the Pool Here 👉🏀- Eligibility: The contest is open to all individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
- Entry: To enter the contest, participants must submit their completed bracket to the designated contest organizer no later than the designated entry deadline [Thursday, March 16 at 12:15pm EST]. Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be determined based on the total number of correct picks in their bracket. In the event of a tie, a tiebreaker will be used to determine the winner. The tiebreaker will be the participant who correctly predicted the final score of the championship game. If no participant correctly predicts the final score, a random drawing will be conducted among the tied participants to determine the winner.
- Prize: The winner will receive a $500 gift card to The Meatery. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Notification: The winner will be notified by email or phone within 10 days of the conclusion of the tournament. The winner must respond within 10 days of the notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
- Liability: By entering the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless the contest organizer from any and all liability, damages, or causes of action arising out of or relating to their participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize awarded.
- Disqualification: The contest organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
- Marketing Opt-in: By entering the contest, participants agree to opt-in to The Meatery marketing.
- Modification: The contest organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time for any reason.
- Governing Law: The contest is governed by and subject to the laws of the state in which the contest is held.
- Sponsor: The Meatery is the sponsor of this contest.
- By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and any decisions made by the contest organizer.
