The game is over for the Grocery Stores peddling their meat as "Premium" when in reality it is commodity meat that has sat, exposed to open air underneath fluorescent lights until you settle for them.

Grocery stores receive frozen meat, UNFREEZE it to display to customers and then it is often-times REFROZEN. Each thaw/freeze cycle decreases the quality of the meat (and introduces bacteria potentially).

Wagyu is No Longer an "Unaffordable Luxury"

Years ago, Japanese A5 Wagyu was hundreds of dollars a pound and reserved only for the most elite foodies. Today, companies like The Meatery are delivrering fresh, affordable, healthy Wagyus like Australian & American Wagyu to consumers throughout the USA.

Disappointed

The Meatery has been my only supplier of Australian Wagyu. We’ve always had great service and great steaks. Unfortunately, this latest shipment of ribeyes very disappointing. We cooked 2 today and the quality of the meat and flavor was unlike any of the other Australian Wagyu that we’ve purchased from you.
