Japanese A5 Wagyu | Kobe Wine Beef

Kobe Wine Beef
Cooking Tip:
Our favorite method for Filet Mignon & Sirloin Filets is Sous Vide with a high-heat sear finish. If you don't have a Sous Vide, no worries! Reverse-sear, grilling, or butter-basted in a cast iron pan are also fantastic methods that will produce great results.
Pairs well with...
- Younger Burgundy
- High-tannin Cabernet
- Japanese Whisky
- Highball
- Club Soda with a splash of Cranberry Juice

Don't go by the picture
My second order and I decided to try this. The marbling is nothing like the picture. I also got the Japanese A5 Fillet Skewers and this was better. Based on the picture I was disappointed when I received this. The meat itself was much better than it looked. I gave it 4 stars because it didn't match the picture or I would have given it 5 stars.

Low on marbling
Customer service and shipping was spot on. Overall great experience. Bought various cuts of wagu and this one was the only one that was disappointing. Flavor was good, but it lacked in marbling. the other wagu products I ordered..... Excellent!
The Meatery
Hi Al, we appreciate your 5 star rating on the Denver steak you ordered! We're sorry the marbling on the sirloin did not meet your expectation. Sirloin is typically a leaner cut, and while Japanese A5 Wagyu sirloin does contain marbling it is intended to not be "crazy" like a Ribeye or NY Strip. Thank you again for the kind AND honest words!

Best steak
This was the best steak we ever had. My husband has wanted to try wagyu beef for a while. This was worth it.
