In case you're wondering why we did this...a Filet Mignon (Tenderloin) is not an even-sized muscle. The standard "Filets" are cut from the center of the loin, leaving the ends which are too narrow to make into steaks. This is the exact same meat, just served on a skewer. Throw these on the grill or on a cast iron pan and enjoy, they are absolutely fantastic.

Cooking Tip:
Our favorite method for cooking Filet Skewers is to throw them on the grill and treat them like Kebabs, quickly cooking each side for a medium rare finish. Other effective methods would be reverse-seared or take them off the skewers and stir fry them!
