I have to think this is the best piece of beef I have ever tasted. I used the recipe from How TO BBQ Right from Malcom Reed and it turned out AWESOME. I can't wait to order the next one.
This is my second Australian Picana 9 - it is the perfect bridge between Japanese A5 and American Beef. More chew than Japanese A5 but tender and delicious
From start to finish, these were some of the best steaks I’ve ever cooked. Seasoned only with salt and dropped in the water bath @ 133 for 2.5 hours..then seared on the chimney with lump and served with a Brazilian cream sauce. I’ll be purchasing this cut again very soon!
Best I have ever had hands down. Perfect marbling very tender and full of flavor. I will be ordering this again
Received the Picanha nicely packed and still frozen so I appreciated that. I’ve thawed it and cut some steaks and it is mouth watering already. I would give 5 stars but I haven’t cooked and eaten yet.
Best cut of meat I’ve had. First Wagyu experience and well worth it. I would say it’s better than ribeye!
