HOW IS THE MEAT SHIPPED?

We ship using 2nd Day Express Air, typically UPS. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure weekday delivery. Your meat is safely packed in a sturdy cooler box and kept cold with a combination of gel packs and dry ice. Usually the meat arrives frozen, but some thawing is totally normal and the meat can be safely refrozen.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR MEAT FROM?

The Meatery goes to great lengths to source only the highest quality proteins from the most reputable, humane suppliers from around the world.

IS EVERYTHING I SEE ON THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE IN THE STORE?

Everything on the website is also available at the Mission Gorge store. You can order online and select "Local Pickup" for ease.

Yes! We deliver through Uber Eats and DoorDash, and local pickup occurs at Mission Gorge.

Long story short I recently reviewed this order and gave very poor rating to the Meatery because I did not receive the order.
It wasn't 10 minutes minutes that i received a phone call from Mr Fiorentino asking for an explanation for my survey.
I explained to him that I had not received the order and he immediately made it good by sending the order out again. Don't know what happened to original order. There was another item on the order(Brisket) which I have not made as yet but the short ribs were excellent! Am looking to smoking the brisket in near future. Thank you to The Meatery for their immediate attention given to my order.
