Pork chop order

With one exception, the entire experience with the meatery was exceptional. From the order process, pricing ( thank you for the military discount), shipping and quality of the chops, absolutely first class. The exception I referred to is how the chops were packaged and this may be only a concern for someone like my wife and me. One chop is plenty for both of us, so I must open the package and use a screwdriver and hammer to separate the two chops since we only want to thaw out one. When that chop is thawed, I carefully cut them into two chops, season with Long’s Peak Pork seasoning and fry each in a cast iron pan. Fantastic!! Crisp on the surface and so juicy in the center. Delicious!
If you ever package them as 1 1/2 inch thick singles, that would be perfect, but this in no way deters me from ordering them as they are now.
Great job, guys and gals. I’m in my eighties and can recognize when there is pride in workmanship. Keep it up!
