Cooking Tip:

Because the Rib Cap is cut from above the Ribeye (Lifter Meat) it is a grainier cut. We find the best preparation of this beautiful cut is a slightly slower cook, either in a Sous Vide for 2-4 hours or reverse seared with a sear finish.

Disappointed

I ordered this cut once before and it was perfect. Nice thick cut and perfectly marbled just like the picture. It was so good I ordered two more. They arrived and I was disappointed to find they were extremely thin and almost entirely fat. I understand cuts differ but these look like trimmings off the main cut. Will not order again.

I think it was best steak ive had since 2013, great flavor, didnt take long to cook and easy to make. Ladies best fathers day gift you can get, best birthday dinner you can make and works for all budgest. 100% recommend sooner than later
