Best cut of meat ever!

Valentines Day fell on a Friday this year. So I thought, I am not fighting with trying to get a reservation anywhere. Instead, I opted to make an unforgettable meal at home. These steaks were absolutely the perfect choice to star in this show! 10/10 will buy and devour again!

HEAVENLY!!! Seasoned with salt and pepper. Cooked on an electric griddle at the dinner table. 2 x 8-ounce steaks for a family of 4 cooked to each persons desire. Seared to perfection. Can’t beat the natural umami from wagyu.
