Being an 8oz A5 Wagyu tenderloin, it promises an eating experience that's second to none, with a velvety texture that melts in your mouth.

The Kagoshima Filet carries with it a legacy of excellence, coming from a region that won the Wagyu Olympics in 2017. It’s no surprise that this 8oz A5 Wagyu boasts such intense umami flavor. With each bite, you're not just tasting beef; you're savoring the unique characteristics of Kagoshima, a prefecture known for producing meat with a delicate balance of rich fats and robust beefy notes.

Whether you choose to sear it to perfection, grill it lightly, or enjoy it as a luxurious tartare, this steak is bound to be the centerpiece of any dining occasion. And to vouch for its unmatched authenticity, every order is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, bearing the nose print of the very cow it came from.

Treat yourself or a loved one to this unforgettable gastronomic experience. 🥩🍷 Embrace the true essence of Japanese craftsmanship and taste with every bite.

Cooking Tip:

The easiest and most predictable way to cook Japanese A5 Wagyu is to sear vertically-cut strips in a stainless steel or cast iron pan at medium-high heat. Trim a piece of fat from the edges of your steak and use it to pre-grease your pan. Cut the steak into 2 finger width strips and lay your first strip into your hot pan. Sear this piece for 15-20 seconds per side (depending on thickness) for a Medium Rare temperature. Examine your first cooked strip and make any necessary adjustments for personal preference. Season lightly with salt and enjoy!
