HOW IS THE MEAT SHIPPED?

We ship using 2nd Day Express Air, typically UPS. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure weekday delivery. Your meat is safely packed in a sturdy cooler box and kept cold with a combination of gel packs and dry ice. Usually the meat arrives frozen, but some thawing is totally normal and the meat can be safely refrozen.

The Meatery goes to great lengths to source only the highest quality proteins from the most reputable, humane suppliers from around the world.

IS EVERYTHING I SEE ON THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE IN THE STORE?

very good cut of pork, eclipses most pork I have obtained in USA including American raised blackfooted pig. Alot of flavor and texture. Bu. Easy to cook!t not quite as succulent as acorn fed

still in freezer. One package of Abanico was quite good but both had silver skin that I chose to remove. I think the butchers should have done it.
