Our favorite method for cooking Filet Skewers is to throw them on the grill and treat them like Kebabs, quickly cooking each side for a medium rare finish. Other effective methods would be reverse-seared or take them off the skewers and stir fry them!

I cooked up two skewers of the Australian Wagyu filet mignon the other night along with a ribeye. The wagyu beef was phenomenal and one of the best pieces of grilled meat I have had in a long time. I would highly recommend purchasing this product offering if you are looking for great tasting steak.
