HOW IS THE MEAT SHIPPED?

We ship using 2nd Day Express Air, typically UPS. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure weekday delivery. Your meat is safely packed in a sturdy cooler box and kept cold with a combination of gel packs and dry ice. Usually the meat arrives frozen, but some thawing is totally normal and the meat can be safely refrozen.

The Meatery goes to great lengths to source only the highest quality proteins from the most reputable, humane suppliers from around the world.

IS EVERYTHING I SEE ON THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE IN THE STORE?

Yes! We deliver through Uber Eats and DoorDash, and local pickup occurs at Mission Gorge.

Really Good Fish!

Each fillet is nicely portioned and individually frozen. So extremely easy to thaw just what I need. Skin on or skin off, both are just as wonderful and easy to prepare. Salmon is very moist and melts in your mouth. Taste very fresh.
