Our storage & shipping ensures peak freshness

The moment we receive meat it is blast frozen at an average of 30 degrees below freezing in a tightly-packed vacuum seal. This combination ensures maximum freshness while not having to worry about freezer burn.

Once it comes time to ship your order, we pack it tightly in a cooler-box and keep it cold using a combination of Nitrogen Gel Packs and Dry Ice. We round this off by shipping using UPS 2nd Day Air.

If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right

We are NOT in the business of losing customers...quite the opposite. We know in today's online world, word travels FAST and an angry customer review means a lot more to potential shoppers than a happy review.
