🥩 Nick's favorite cut! Dive into a luxurious dining experience with The Meatery's favorite offering: the Fullblood Australian Wagyu. As one of the most premium beef cuts on the planet, this is not just any steak – it's a culinary masterpiece that's 100% traceable to pure Wagyu genetics. 🇦🇺

Feeling adventurous in your palate? The New York Strip, crafted with dedication and perfection, hails from the sun-kissed pastures of Australia. While many Australian Wagyu claim near perfection, our Fullblood variant proudly stands at the pinnacle, giving you an experience that's remarkably close to the coveted Japanese A5 Wagyu. 🍽️

Raised with the impeccable Australian standards, this beef captures the hearty, robust bite you adore from Wagyu. But wait, there's more! 😋 Engage your taste buds with an elevated burst of umami, a richness that's unparalleled, and a tenderness so buttery, it practically melts in your mouth. While it brilliantly complements a range of sides, remember: this is the richest version of Australian Wagyu on our site.

Ready to elevate your dining game? The Meatery promises a cut above the rest, every single time. 🍖🌟

Cooking Tip:

Sous Vide with a sear finish is our favorite, most predictable method for cooking non-Japanese steak. If you don't have one, however, we also love Reverse Sear, Cast-Iron with a butter baste or grilled. You may notice we left smoking off here. It is our personal opinion that a high-end steak should be flavorful in and of itself, and we find that smokers add a lot of external flavor to a steak that doesn't need it. If you choose to smoke it, we simply recommend a neutral wood that won't overpower the flavor you paid for in the meat.

Pairs well with...

  • Full-Bodied wine such as a Shiraz or Bourdeaux
  • Japanese Whisky
  • Martinis
  • Old-Fashioned
  • Club Soda with Lime
