Indulge in the pinnacle of beefy perfection with The Meatery's luxurious Fullblood Australian Wagyu. 🥩🌟 Not just any Wagyu, but a delicacy boasting 100% traceable Wagyu genetics, ensuring you a gastronomic experience that's second to none.

Wondering what sets our steak apart? While most Australian Wagyu lingers near the 100% mark (like the renowned Purebred at 93.75% or above), our offering presents an unmatched richness. It's an unparalleled ode to the iconic Japanese A5 Wagyu, right from the heart of Australia. 🇦🇺✨

Upheld by Australia's rigorous standards, our beef gifts you that hearty, meaty bite synonymous with premium Wagyu. But wait, there's more! Dive into even deeper realms of flavor - think profound umami notes, coupled with a tenderness that's reminiscent of melting butter. 🍖❤️

Perfect to star in your next gourmet meal, this ribeye isn't just rich; it's the richest! Whether you're pairing with classic sides or savoring its solo brilliance, prepare for an unforgettable dining experience. Trust us; it's the crème de la crème of Australian Wagyu available at The Meatery.

Get yours now and savor the essence of luxury in every bite! 🍴🎉

Cooking Tip:

Sous Vide with a sear finish is our favorite, most predictable method for cooking non-Japanese steak. If you don't have one, however, we also love Reverse Sear, Cast-Iron with a butter baste or grilled. You may notice we left smoking off here. It is our personal opinion that a high-end steak should be flavorful in and of itself, and we find that smokers add a lot of external flavor to a steak that doesn't need it. If you choose to smoke it, we simply recommend a neutral wood that won't overpower the flavor you paid for in the meat.

Pairs well with...

  • Full-Bodied wine such as a Shiraz or Bourdeaux
  • Japanese Whisky
  • Martinis
  • Old-Fashioned
  • Club Soda with Lime
