    HOW IS THE MEAT SHIPPED?

    We ship using 2nd Day Express Air, typically UPS. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure weekday delivery. Your meat is safely packed in a sturdy cooler box and kept cold with a combination of gel packs and dry ice. Usually the meat arrives frozen, but some thawing is totally normal and the meat can be safely refrozen.

    The Meatery goes to great lengths to source only the highest quality proteins from the most reputable, humane suppliers from around the world.

    IS EVERYTHING I SEE ON THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE IN THE STORE?

    A5 wagyu tasted like bacon. Australian wagyu was underwhelming at best. Frozen snapper was no better then frozen snapper from grocery store for 1/2 the price.
    Wagyu hamburger meat was actually great and only item out of $300 box that impressed me. Dry aged ribeye I’ll withhold criticism due to possible error on my part. Didn’t have 2 days to thaw out in fridge so let it thaw room temp so possibly that’s reason it was trash and inedible.
    Shipping was fast and arrived frozen.
    All in all , another frozen meat distributor tried and another swing and a miss.
