HOW IS THE MEAT SHIPPED?

We ship using 2nd Day Express Air, typically UPS. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure weekday delivery. Your meat is safely packed in a sturdy cooler box and kept cold with a combination of gel packs and dry ice. Usually the meat arrives frozen, but some thawing is totally normal and the meat can be safely refrozen.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR MEAT FROM?

The Meatery goes to great lengths to source only the highest quality proteins from the most reputable, humane suppliers from around the world.

IS EVERYTHING I SEE ON THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE IN THE STORE?

Great taste, wish it was a little thicker

This cut of meat tastes amazing no matter how you cook it; BBQ, air fryer, etc. If I could have one wish it would be for a thicker cut option.

Small but mighty good taste

This steak had great marbling to be USDA Choice. It also had great flavor. I grilled it on a Blackstone griddle top with Hard Core Carnivore black seasoning. The seasoning was a little too salty, but the steak's flavor still shone through. Next time I will just do salt and pepper. The only downside is that the steak is pretty small - about 1/2" thick and about 6-8" wide. It cooks fast!
