    This is where I was surprised, the guanciale was NOT marinated or flavorful enough.
    While it was not bad, I had to add bacon to intensify the flavor.

    Exactly what I wanted

    Excellent guanciale, exactly what I needed for my pasta zozonne which specifically calls for lardons of guanciale instead of sliced, which can be hard to find. I will definitely shop here again.
