The Meatery was founded during the pandemic lockdown, in 2020, as a means to provide restaurant-quality proteins to consumers. Our first 2 years have provided invaluable insight into our customers’ preferences and needs, including preparation recommendations. Our new website seeks to customize the shopping experience by matching you with the perfect cut every single time. 

Meatery Live was created to allow you to video chat directly with one of our knowledgeable Butchers and pick the exact steak that will be shipped to you. 

Our product pages also now include enhanced filtering, cooking suggestions, drink pairing and more photos.

Doing right by the Customer when things go wrong in a transaction is a given for good customer service these days. We believe GREAT Customer Service starts with proactively ensuring the Customer picks the right cut for the experience they are shopping for, which is why we launched Meatery Live and curated experiential collections. 

QUALITY & FRESHNESS

“Quality” is often measured against the cooked meat, and the animal that sacrificed its life for your meal is not assessed. We only source meats that we know lived a humane, clean life prior to their harvest and process them in a USDA-approved facility. Your meat is then vacuum-sealed and carefully shipped, ensuring freshness every step of the way.

Remaining Grateful to Our Heroes

The pandemic put so much in perspective for us. Since Day 1, ALL First Responders, Educators, and Military members (regardless of status) have received a 15% discount both online and in our stores. We are and forever will remain eternally grateful to our heroes.
