Although I haven't use it in its traditional way..i.e RUBEN ..I have had the pleasure to enjoy some with some swizz cheese ND crackers ...I have been in the food service business for over 30 years...and have made 1000s of rubens..with the Waygu pastrami..I can no doubtlly say I have never tasted beef like this..I am so please and excited to have said that I've tasted it..I WONT AND MEAN WONT go back to anything else...I HOOKED..when you had the BEST nothing else can do...I LOVE IT!!!!!
