too much fat(or marbling) much preferred the Austrailan wagyu rib-eyes which were excellent.

Very good

Just was very thin for the price. But I won't recommend it because of that. It is good but not that good so I will not be ordering again.

Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback. Japanese A5 is thin in nature because the loins are quite wide. Also, it is cut in a traditional Japanese fashion. We'd invite you to look at some of our Australian Ribeyes, or try our "Thick Cut" Kagoshima A5 if you're looking for a thicker bite. A real treat!

Fantastic rib eye! Buttery, cooked to medium rare in an instant (1 1/2 minute on first side; 1 minute on second side; rest for ten minutes). Not like any other rib eye . Grade and quality were exactly as represented.

Great steak

Served medium rare on a bed of arugula, spinach and baby lettuce. Cut into 1 inch strips, salt and peppered lightly then seared each side, let meat rest, then slice. Meat of this quality needs nothing more. Great company to buy from.
