Another brand new addition to The Meatery are our incredibly-marbled Japanese A5 Wagyu Chuck Eye steaks.
This is NOT grocery store chewy, tough Chuck. These are cut from the eye and are also lovingly known as "Poor Man's Ribeyes" since they sit so closely to the ribeye and eat similarly.
In the photo below we cooked ours in a Sous Vide at 124 degrees for 2 hours and seared it to finish, garnishing with our Truffle Salt. 
For someone wanting a high-marbled piece of Japanese A5 Wagyu at an unbeatable price point we are excited to offer you this steak. Enjoy!

It was perfect. The meat was just as you would expect. It showed up when it was supposed to and what was described in the add. Thank you guys for awesome meat!!!

Best Sleeper Steak

Got my hands on the A5 Chuck Eye, let me tell you it hits all the perfect spots. The richness and tenderness of A5, and the meatiness of an Australian, all in one reasonably priced block of meat gold. It might just be the best steak I’ve had, even among the A5 Miyazaki ***** and rib eyes because it eats like a Steak. It’s not so rich that you can only have a few bites, it’s really a steak lover’s steak. Highly recommend getting this (I used SV at 130F for 2 hours then got a hard sear with a heavy pan).
