Cooking Tip:

Nick here, hear me out...the BEST Brisket I ever cooked was in a Sous Vide. Dry-brined in a vacuum sealed bag for 24 hours. 50 hours at 145 degrees. I refrigerated the bag with all the juices for 24 hours to let it reabsorb the moisture, and smoked the Brisket back to 130 degrees internal. If this isn't to your liking and you're looking for tips, I suggest watching Aaron Franklin's many instructional videos. Enjoy!

Pairs well with...

  • Full-Bodied wine such as a Shiraz or Bourdeaux
  • Japanese Whisky
  • Martinis
  • Old-Fashioned
  • Club Soda with Lime
