Amazing Smoked Picanha
Decided to smoke this beautiful cut for about 9 hours. Went to about 185 and then wrapped her up and let it go all the way to about 205-207... absolutely scrumptious with a totally unique texture unlike that of brisket or tri tip. High quality meat that is packaged well and obviously moved with great care as it made its way to me. Definitely will order from The Meatery again.
