absolutely beautiful although I haven't had any of it yet
Best NY You Can Buy
We love this steak and have ordered it several times without ever being disappointed. We love it more than US Wagyu.
The guy who said it was better than Japanese wagyu must have had too much before eating lt.
Australian Wagyu NY Strip MS12
Excellent, Nick is always great to talk to and the quality of this Australian meat is top notch. It’s extremely similar to the Japanese A5 it’s scary. I actually prefer this over A5
This far and away the best thing I’ve ever eaten. The quality of the meat is just absurd. Nick was also very friendly and helpful in recommending tips and tricks to cooking it to perfection. I may not be able to eat a regular steak again. Will definitely be re-ordering.
We've been cooking up Costco New York Primes for quite a while now and they've always been tasty. At 4-5x the price for these, I wasn't holding my breath that they'd be 4-5x as good. All I can say is that these were in an entirely different league; not even a different league, they're genuinely better than anything we've ever had or imagined. They were unbelievably good! I didn't want to spend this much money on a "steak" but I'm so glad we did. They were so amazing, I actually ordered Japanese A5s right after we ate them! Believe the hype, they're fantastic! Our steaks were packed well. The ice packs were all still frozen with the exception of one that was partially thawed (think there were five but it may have been four). The steaks were very cold but not frozen. They dripped more fat than I was accustomed too so they got a lil toasty during the reverse sear (final resting temp of 140.9 degrees) so adjust for that. Otherwise, cooked them indirect at about 225 degrees until they hit an internal temp of 116 and then seared for 40 seconds each side (twice per side). https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/51295150366_a8eff82aff_h.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/51295866559_2cd1ce4bd9_h.jpg
