A5 Kagoshima Wagyu

The steaks were amazing. I highly recommend trying the A5 Wagyu. I cooked it with some salt and butter. It's so fatty you don't even need cooking oil! Get it while you can. You won't regret it!

This was by far the best steak I’ve ever eaten. 1” strips, stainless steel pan, 1.5mins each side, then sit for 4. Melts in your mouth like cotton candy.
