The meat is tender and delicious! Our favorite way to prepare these special steaks is searing them in a hot iron skillet in olive oil for 2 minutes on each side, with sea salt and pepper, then transferring to a hot oven for 5-6 minutes. We let it rest for 7 minutes, topped with butter. So good! Perfect every time!
