Australian I Wagyu Tomahawk Short Ribs

I love short ribs. I have eaten them everywhere, all over the world. THIS short rib (along with my culinary skills) was just absolutely amazing. The marbling and texture are unmatched to any short rib I have had ever. I am going to need a second job. One short rib was a whole pound. I ate the whole thing.

Not that there's many bad short ribs lol, but these are definitely at the top of the list I have cooked - or even had at a restaurant.

If you're hesitant on trying these, don't be, just do it. They are simply out of this world. They're the best ribs I've ever had!!
