Our Kagoshima Ribeye boasts incredible buttery flavor. With a slightly lower BMS score (marbling) of 9 you'll find these have more balance than the higher-marbled A5 we offer. It is the perfect option for someone that wants to try Japanese A5 Wagyu but prefers it slightly less rich.
All Japanese A5 Wagyu arrives with a Certificate of Authenticity that includes the nose print of the cow.

Best steak ever eaten

My husband cooked the steak on an outdoor grill. He said it was the best steak he had ever eaten. His only complaint was the steak was not thick enough.

Great steak bad butchering

Amazing product, completely melts in your mouth. Only issue was the way it was cut. Super thick on one end and thin on the other so it couldn’t be cooked evenly. Would still recommend

This steak is a great experience for guests. Cut in 1" strips and quick sear on stainless steel pan. You won't look at steak the same way.
